After playing "Resident Evil 4" yesterday, it's dawned on me just how much Leon Kennedy has to suffer through. The primary character of the game seems to be burdened - to say the least - not just with a slew of affected zombie-like humans but protecting Ashley, the daughter of the game's president. For the most part, Kennedy does his job well but I think that he could stand to be even stronger. This is why I advocate the usage of kettlebell weights more than just about anything else.
Being a certified ex-police officer in his own right, Kennedy knows how to look after himself. Like any officer you may think of, he's a good shot with a gun and he will be able to take the fight to just about any supernatural or infected creature that stands in his way. He's also handy in terms of hand-to-hand combat, being able to switch between the two styles of battle in a seamless way. However, I can't help but feel as though he's typically met with beings stronger than he is.
Jack Krauser is, in my mind, one of the more formidable opponents that Kennedy has come across during the game. For those who don't know, he was one Kennedy's partner when they were officers until he was supposedly dead. However, he came back and he returned with a form that possessed more of a mutant ability than anything you could consider human. This granted him a new level of power, which only made him more of a challenge for our main hero to take on and overcome.
It's the level of strength that Kennedy has which can be helped; what could be done to augment it, you may ask wonder? One way that he could be become stronger - and it's the one I recommend - is kettlebell weights. These are the ones which are able to test people and see if they have the capacity to improve, which is what I think just about anyone has if they want it badly enough. Building a more refined body and mindset is what names like Lorna accentuate above all else.
Kennedy proves to be more of the more sturdy action heroes seen in gaming but he is still very much mortal. He's going to stumble upon mutated creatures of likes of which we can only visualize in the world that we live in today. The drawback is that Kennedy only has so much in the way of protection, seeing as how manmade weapons are his only means of guarding himself against such beings. When up against such odds, he could use all of the strength he can muster.
